Groove and Grow sessions

Creative dance, movement and play sessions for little ones aged 18 month – 4 years and their grown ups in the Bentham area. Join us for a morning of bonding and play, with activities to support early development movement, motor skills, communication, engagement and most importantly to have fun and connect with others in the ever-evolving world of parenthood!

Classes run 9.45am -10.30am, followed by a well earned tea break until 10.45am.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing covering for you and your little one. Bare feet.
