Window on Warrington
or a number of years we worked as Artists with Culture Warrington and the Warrington Wolves Foundation on a series of mass performances for the Warrington community. In 2013, we worked on Window on Warrington – a mass sited dance performance to celebrate the Rugby League World Cup being held in Warrington. The project celebrated various aspects of Warrington and Samoan culture and culminated in two 45 minute performances by people of all ages.
In 2015, Sarah was lead choreographer for the second of three (of 3) mass outdoor performance to commemorate the centenary of WW1. Leading 150 dancers aged 3 – 22, and managing of team of 6 dance artists, Sarah produced a 45minute outdoor performance depicting the life of the soldier during WW1 using dance physical theatre and voice, performed at Peninsula Barracks, Orford.
