Dance Inset training that gets teachers dancing, having fun, feeling confident and well equipped!

Our INSET training equips teachers with the confidence and ability to teach exciting and engaging dance classes without having to know ‘dance steps’ or ‘specific styles.’

We guide teachers through a range of creative and pupil-led tasks which allow all learners to be challenged and to gain a sense of achievement within every lesson. We also guide you through the key aspects of a lesson, which you can then apply to any theme or current school topic.

INSETs are planned to be bespoke to your school and learning environment, can focus on one Key Stage or cover the whole school and can include anything and everything, from warm ups, creative tasks, performance ideas, lesson planning, cross-curricular learning, music ideas to much more.

Want some support in your live delivery? We can deliver sessions and support staff with their CPD by shadowing or co-teaching. Check out out In-Curricular work for more details.

A really useful session to reignite an interest in dance for a ‘seasoned’ primary school teacher!

Teacher from Dickens Heath Community Primary School, Solihull, Jan 2021

An excellent, creative and informative session. Sarah was fantastic and inspired all of us to dance!

Kerri Wadsworth, INSET participant, Jan 2021

A really enjoyable session, delivered very well over Zoom! At first I felt a bit silly, dancing round my kitchen, but everyone was soon at their ease.
