Mature Movers Dance Classes

A fun and friendly contemporary dance class for adults over the age of 55. Suitable for all abilities and levels of experience, this class is a chance to simply enjoy moving, including a gentle warm up, simple sequences and opportunities to be creative. It’s never too late to start…!

Our Mature Movers meet at our usual home at Bentham Town Hall (Bentham, North Yorkshire). Try it out today! Come along for one class and see what it’s all about. A wonderful community of dancing adults keeping fit, active and inspired into their older years.

 

Summer term 2024 – classes running from Tuesday 16th April – Tuesday 21st May (6 week term)

What to wear: Comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Bare feet.
